Several years in residential and commercial construction made an easy transition to the Home Inspection profession. I enjoy the hard work and rewards of physical labor as well as the entire process of building and creation, but I have found my purpose in education and relationships through real estate inspections. I have been fortunate to have met many wonderful people along the way who have helped me begin this journey and shape my career over the years, and I look forward to continuing to build relationships and foster trust with my clients.
I just celebrated my 20th year as a licensed Home Inspector. These inspections include properties ranging from 500 sq. ft. studio condos to 80,000 + sq. ft. commercial buildings. I have mentored dozens of licensed inspectors throughout Arizona and I have been an educator in the business of Home Inspection for several years.

I spent 10 years honing my skills as a property manager, owning and managing the maintenance of my own rental properties. This experience has given me a sharp eye for detail, as every aspect of a property must be carefully inspected and maintained to ensure its value and appeal to tenants. I have also received excellent training in property inspection, particularly from my mentor, Ryan, who instilled in me the importance of customer relationships. My career has primarily been in the financial industry, where I have learned that excellent customer service is the key to success. I always prioritize the needs and satisfaction of my clients, and I am committed to upholding these high standards in my work as a property manager. Outside of work, my wife and I have been happily married for 42 years and have raised four children together. We now have seven grandchildren who bring us immense joy and fulfillment. Family is a priority for me, and I strive to bring that same sense of care and dedication to my professional relationships as well.
