Understanding your house and all of its systems and components may be overwhelming at first, so we've created a Home Orientation service which will help you become more familiar with your home. This service includes a 1 hour (minimum) consultation and overview of the most important elements of your home and will demonstrate operation of all major appliances, HVAC thermostat, landscape watering system, landscape lighting, and swimming pool equipment. 

A Home Orientation is not a home inspection or an evaluation of previous repairs made. This service is intended to continue the education of home ownership after the real estate transaction and is not a substitute for a home inspection.
